Automatically syncs Jellyfin user access with Telegram channel membership. Users are disabled when leaving the channel and re-enabled when rejoining. Supports multi-ID mapping (multiple Telegram accounts per Jellyfin user) with SQLite persistence and safety thresholds.

Requires: Telegram API credentials from my.telegram.org and a Jellyfin API key.
