This image is the BitCryptic fork with Matrix E2EE fixes. BEFORE STARTING: Create /mnt/cache/appdata/hermes/.hermes.env with your API keys. See https://github.com/bitcryptic-gw/hermes-agent for required configuration. Credentials must NOT be entered as container variables — they live in the .hermes.env file.
