ETH (Match your Unraid interface, don´t use "br0" use eth0, eth1 etc...)
PORT (Port for WebUI, if changed don't forget to change it in Additional Fields)
IP_HOST (IP of Unraid server)
IP_RANGE (IP-range of the local network)
