Overview

Vscodium-web(https://vscodium.com/) is a community-driven, freely-licensed binary distribution of the remote host web component of Microsoft's editor VS Code.

Template configuration

Web UI port.

Target: 8000
Default: 8000

AppdataPathrw

Contains all relevant configuration files.

Target: /config

CONNECTION_TOKENVariable

Optional security token for accessing the Web UI (ie. `supersecrettoken`).

CONNECTION_TOKEN_FILEVariable

Optional path to a file inside the container that contains the security token for accessing the Web UI (ie. `/path/to/file`). Overrides `CONNECTION_TOKEN`.

SUDO_PASSWORDVariable

If this optional variable is set, user will have sudo access in the vscodium-web terminal with the specified password.

Default: password

SUDO_PASSWORD_HASHVariable

Optionally set sudo password via hash (takes priority over `SUDO_PASSWORD` var). Format is `$type$salt$hashed`.

CODE_ARGSVariable

Optionally add cli parameters to vscodium binary.

PUIDVariable

Container Variable: PUID

Default: 99

PGIDVariable

Container Variable: PGID

Default: 100

UMASKVariable

Container Variable: UMASK

Default: 022
