Tailscale IDP (tsidp)

Overview

Tailscale IDP enables secure authentication to the Unraid WebGUI using your Tailscale account. With this plugin, you can log in to your Unraid server through Tailscale, simplifying access management and enhancing security by leveraging Tailscale's single sign-on capabilities.

Additional requirements:

Tailscale must be installed and configured on your Unraid server.
HTTPS certificates must be enabled for your Tailnet via https://login.tailscale.com/admin/dns
You must be running Unraid 7.2beta3 or later, or have the Unraid Connect Plugin version 2025.09.04.1949 or later installed.

Unraid TSIDP Plugin

A plugin for Unraid that provides the Tailscale Identity Provider, allowing Tailscale to be used for single sign on.

Install Tailscale IDP (tsidp) on Unraid in a few clicks.

Find Tailscale IDP (tsidp) in Community Apps on your Unraid server, review the template, and click Install. Unraid handles the Docker app or plugin setup from the published template.

Open the Apps tab on your Unraid server Search Community Apps for Tailscale IDP (tsidp) Review the template variables and paths Click Install
