Overview

n8n workflow automation, using the official n8nio/n8n image without changes. All settings are n8n's own defaults. Community template, not affiliated with n8n. SQLite is used, no separate database needed. The container runs as Unraid's default user (99:100), so appdata and your shares work without chown. This is set in Extra Parameters together with the advanced variables HOME and N8N_USER_FOLDER. Sign-in over plain HTTP: browsers reject n8n's default secure cookie. Set N8N_SECURE_COOKIE to false for LAN access without HTTPS. Your own shares: fill in an Extra Path. The Read/Write Files node may use the Extra Paths, n8n's file protection stays on. Code nodes also need NODE_FUNCTION_ALLOW_BUILTIN=fs,path. Updates: stable follows n8n's newest stable release, including major versions. To stay on one version, use a fixed tag such as n8nio/n8n:2.45.7.
