Fabric Routing

Overview

WIP — FRRouting packages for Unraid (zebra, fabricd/OpenFabric). Primary focus: pairing with Thunderbolt Net for OpenFabric on the Thunderbolt underlay. Settings → Network Settings → Fabric Routing: Download and Install packages. Does not change eth0/br0 by default. Broader Ethernet fabric support later. Fabric Routing (FRR)

Optional FRRouting packages and daemons for Unraid (zebra, fabricd/OpenFabric, optional OSPF/BGP, and more). Install packages from Settings → Network Settings → Fabric Routing. Does not change eth0/br0 by default.

Status (WIP): Primary focus is integration with Thunderbolt Net (OpenFabric on the Thunderbolt underlay). Broader Ethernet fabric UX comes later — a dedicated forum thread will follow then. For now, support discussion lives on the Thunderbolt Net forum thread.

Install Fabric Routing on Unraid in a few clicks.

Find Fabric Routing in Community Apps on your Unraid server, review the template, and click Install. Unraid handles the Docker app or plugin setup from the published template.

Open the Apps tab on your Unraid server Search Community Apps for Fabric Routing Review the template variables and paths Click Install
