baton-sync
Docker app from Crazyteddy00's Repository
Overview
Live sync for people who keep Navidrome as their music server and use the Baton apps with it: see what's playing on every device and move playback between them. It stores nothing and checks sign-ins against Navidrome.
Install it only if you use Navidrome. The normal Baton install is baton-server, which has live sync built in, so never run this next to it. baton-worker, the optional download helper, belongs to baton-server and does not work with this one.
The Android app needs HTTPS (the desktop apps accept http:// on your LAN, but unencrypted), so put this behind your reverse proxy or tunnel. By default the app looks for live sync at /sync/ on Navidrome's public address: have the proxy forward /sync/ there to the Sync port, with the /sync prefix removed and WebSocket upgrades passed through. Or give it an address of its own, such as https://sync.music.example.com/, and enter that in the app under Settings → Connection → Sync server URL.
It writes no files, so it needs no folders.

Template configuration
Sync portPorttcp
The port on this server that your reverse proxy forwards live sync to. Default 8081, so it doesn't clash with other apps on 8080. Change it if 8081 is taken, and point your proxy at the new port.
